One of the things we love most about photographing couples in Zion is that no two evenings are ever the same.

On this particular day, dramatic clouds rolled across the sky, creating soft, diffused light and breathtaking sun rays that spilled through openings in the storm. The desert glowed with warm earth tones while the sky added a sense of mystery and wonder.

As the couple walked hand in hand across the sand, each moment felt effortless. There was no pressure to perform or pose perfectly. Instead, we focused on movement, connection and emotion.

Our backgrounds complement one another beautifully. Tyler brings years of experience creating dramatic, adventurous imagery inspired by the landscapes of the American Southwest, while Jae approaches each session with an artistic eye for emotion, storytelling, movement and connection. Together, we blend fine art, documentary and cinematic styles to create a gallery that feels expansive and deeply personal.

Beyond the photographs themselves, having two photographers creates a more relaxed experience. We can help guide movement, adjust details, watch for flattering angles and ensure no meaningful moment goes unnoticed.
